During my teenage years and heading into my early twenties I liked nothing more than using jewellery to make or finish off an outfit. I used jewellery to create my own style and express myself.
Somewhere along the way, the jewellery got lost and pushed to the back of the cupboard.
Etsy has reawakened my love for crafty bits and when I recently came across Anne Emma Jewellery I just couldn't resist purchasing some inexpensive necklaces, to brighten up some boring summer staples.
First up was the Lace Ruffle Collar Necklace (£5.91).
I have already worn this loads with white t-shirts and dresses. It looks lovely on.
The second necklace is not to my usual taste but sometimes going outside of your comfort zone is a good thing. Right?
The necklace is in mint green, with crystal stones, it obviously doesn't look expensive for £5.91, but at that price I don't really care if it falls apart.
Both necklaces will be perfect for the summer.
How do you express yourself? Do you have any jewellery tips?
Check out Anna Emma Jewellery on Etsy for yourself.
Have a lovely weekend and lets hope this sunshine lasts.
I love these, the first one looks so dainty and I've been looking for one similar to the second one, I love the colours.

DeleteI LOVE these necklaces. I'm such a necklace girl. I really like the lacey look of the first one. I have one similar and it really does finish off every outfit quite nicely.

They look like little collars on and are perfect for summer at the price you can't really go wrong. Wishing you a lovely weekend Lucy x
DeleteI love both of these and they're such bargains! I love necklaces and have a rather large collection but they've been a bit neglected lately because I worry about scratching my daughter against them when I lift her. I guess I need more date nights to wear them. X
ReplyDeleteIt is difficult to wear jewlery with a little one but definitely with you on the date nights. Need to be treated to more and then more excuses to buy additional necklesses Lucyx
DeleteI love browsing on Etsy, but do it in spurts, as I can end up spending too much! I love your first choice, but that second necklace is to die for!!! I hope you get a lot of use out of it!!! Beautiful choices!!!!
